These scenarios led me to start a cooking school, designed to help people just like you learn new ways to cook, using plant-based ingredients. Believe me, starting out with one family member adopting a vegan diet many years ago, I was completely unprepared. I have always loved to cook but this was new territory. Through much trial and error, seemingly endless online searches for reliable recipes, and some epic failures, I am now an excellent vegan home chef.

In the first lesson we will review vegan nutrition, including the many sources of plant-based protein. Next, I will walk you through setting up your kitchen and stocking your pantry so you can effortlessly prepare vegan meals.

    Then we start to cook! You will learn to prepare healthy, delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Finally, we wrap things up with sweet rewards…dessert. Each lesson includes two recipes, printable ingredient lists, and instructions.
